Upon making your reservation, you will receive a contract/invoice with the details of your order. This contract/invoice must be signed and sent back to PlayhouseSquare with your deposit payment.

A $2.00 per ticket Preservation Fee will be added to your order. This fee goes directly to help cover the operating expenses of the theaters so we can continue to bring you the very best in touring productions.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges once tickets have been purchased. Prior to your payment, you may adjust your order up or down depending upon the interest of your group.  If you need to add seats to your order, we will try our best to find seats as close as possible to your original order.  If you need to decrease your order and it drops below 20 guests, you will have to pay full price for your tickets.

Orders are filled on a best seat available basis at the time we receive your call.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do NOT accept checks.

After receipt of full payment, tickets will be mailed or available for pick-up at the Ticket Office.

In the event that a group member misplaces his/her ticket(s), PlayhouseSquare can only reprint duplicate tickets when we have received authorization from the group leader and an actual seat location is noted.
