Swap-a-Show Guidelines:
- The deadline for swap submission is October 1, 2009.
- Program is available to 7-show Broadway Series subscribers only.
- Tickets subject to availability and will be pulled from best available seating. Prices may vary.
- Tickets must be swapped into pre-determined participating shows only (including KeyBank Broadway Series shows).
- Subscriber may swap out of one production only.
- August: Osage County is not eligible to be swapped out of (but may be swapped into).

Q: How do I utilize the Swap-A-Show benefit?
A: Ticket swaps may occur via phone. Please call 216-664-6050.
Q: How long do I have to use Swap-A-Show?
A: Subscribers may swap beginning from the date of receipt of their subscriber ticket packet until October 1, 2009.
Q: Why might someone choose to utilize the Swap-A-Show benefit?
A: Reasons include scheduling conflicts, disinterest in a show, to avoid certain show content, to avoid seeing a repeat production, or greater interest in a non-series show.
Q: Must subscribers utilize the Swap-A-Show benefit?
A: No. Subscribers do not have to utilize Swap-A-Show. Do nothing and you may use your tickets to the original Broadway Series as mailed.
Q: What shows can I swap into?
A: The complete list of participating non-Broadway Series shows is on the back of this form.
Q: Will I get my exact same seat locations when I swap?
A: Not necessarily. Swap inventory will be selected from best available seating. |
