A limited number of season ticket packages with Anastasia, Jesus Christ Superstar, My Fair Lady, Disney's Frozen and Hamilton go on sale November 11 at 10 a.m. Packages may be purchased here or by calling (216) 640-8800.

Single tickets will be available for purchase in spring/summer 2020. Exact date to be announced.

Can I buy hamilton now if i become a season ticket holder?: If you purchase the 2019-2020 5-show Broadway package, it does include HAMILTON. The on-sale date for this package is Monday, November 11 at 10 AM. Purchase online here or by calling (216) 640-8800.
Will Current Season Ticket Holders/Donors receive a pre-sale for Hamilton?: Yes, in spring 2020.
Can I swap into hamilton? Can I switch my existing package for one that includes Hamilton?: It is not possible to swap into HAMILTON or switch your existing package. You will receive a season ticket holder pre-sale for HAMILTON tickets in the spring.
Will Hamilton be Part of the 2020-2021 Broadway Series Package?: No, HAMILTON will not be part of the 2020-21 Broadway Series Package.

How much are tickets?: Season ticket packages with Anastasia, Jesus Christ Superstar, My Fair Lady, Disney's Frozen and Hamilton are $295, $395 and $495, depending on seat location. Single ticket prices will be announced spring/summer 2020.
But I am seeing individual hamilton tickets for sale on other websites now.: Individual tickets for Hamilton in Cleveland are not on sale yet. If you see tickets for sale online now, there is a very good chance they are not legitimate tickets. Playhouse Square is the ONLY authorized ticket provider for Hamilton in Cleveland. Be sure to begin your purchase online at playhousesquare.org or by calling 216-241-6000.
Can I bring a group?: A limited number of tickets will be available for group sales at a later date. To inquire further, please call Group Services at (216) 640-8600.
What is the running time for Hamilton?: Running time is 2 hours and 45 minutes including intermission.
Is there an age recommendation?: HAMILTON is recommended for ages 10+ since there is some strong language. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the theater.
Will there be a lottery or rush for Hamilton?: A lottery will be offered. Details regarding the single ticket on-sale will be available in spring/summer 2020.
