Each box is filled with tasty treats and fun swag from the show. 

Please note that this form is for nominations only and does NOT guarantee a Key Moment gift box receipt. While we would love for every nominee to receive one, the number of boxes per performance is limited. Also, remember that boxes must be delivered before the start of the show. If the nominee is not seated before the curtain, we cannot deliver the Key Moment gift box.
