Ticket Operations Representative

Part-Time/Hourly/Non-exempt

RESPONSIBILITES


1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
2. Process special ticket orders for internal requests.
3. Data entry into ticketing system to help track, monitor, and report numbers and attendance.
4. Assist with uploading, tracking, and reporting monthly bill plans.
5. Process orders in ticketing system for season ticket conversions, seating, bill plans, and exchanges.
6. Assist department with a variety of tasks including ticket printing, ticket mailing, filing, collating reports, etc.
7. Provide support to Sales, Service and Box Office departments as needed.
8. Attend a variety of training sessions and apply standards and philosophies to daily work.
9. Assist with other departmental duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Outgoing, people oriented person, with excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.
2. Prior phone and customer service experience.
3. Knowledge of current PC hardware and software.
4. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and schedule flexibility.
