Ticketing Projects Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
  2. Supervise Ticket Operations Coordinator.
  3. Track and manage resolutions for all support cases submitted by staff.
  4. Assist with Business Intelligence reports; schedule and create internal reports to better serve other departments.
  5. Provide training for new users and provide refresher training as needed; collaborate with other departments on their training needs and be the source of information and best practices to proactively share with users
  6. Manage or assist with special projects that may be annual in nature (such as renewals) or new (such as system integration with an app).
  7. Manage seat hold inventory (releasing and maintaining) for all shows.
  8. Collaborate with all Playhouse Square departments, resident companies and outside clients on their ticketing needs and consignments.
  9. Serve as main contact for Season Ticket Services for system needs and holds.
  10. Provide active support as needed in all ticketing areas, including the box office.
  11. Oversee initial set up of settlement coversheets for Broadway Shows.
  12. Manage regular cleansing of data.
  13. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in live event ticketing.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  3. Outgoing, people-oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and schedule flexibility.
  6. Knowledge of current PC hardware and software; AudienceView experience preferred.
