When will HAMILTON tickets go on sale to the general public?

What about Brokers?
Avoid any other ticketing sites and brokers or risk higher prices for what may be fraudulent tickets, which Playhouse Square will not be able to redeem. Playhousesquare.org is the only legitimate site to purchase tickets for HAMILTON in Cleveland.
What is Booking Protect?
An independent refund protection service. We strongly recommend purchasing Booking Protect, as tickets are otherwise non-refundable and this can protect you in case of injury, illness/adverse weather/breakdown, or accident en route to show.
Will there be a limit on single ticket purchases?
You may purchase up to 8 tickets.
Am I on the right website? What is Queue-It?
With high demand expected for HAMILTON, we utilize a system 'Queue-It' to help manage traffic to our website.
Make sure you go to playhousesquare.org to purchase. So long as you see our logo you are in the right place.
Can I be 'first in line' to purchase if I log on early?
'Queue-it' is a randomized system, so there is no benefit to logging on ahead of the on-sale window at 10 a.m.
Do I need to log in to my Playhouse Square account to select my seats?
No, you can select your seats without logging in to your account BUT you will need to log in to complete your order.
We suggest logging in at least 24 hours prior to the on-sale to ensure you know your account login and password.
Why aren’t HAMILTON tickets available at the box office?
The Playhouse Square box office is open for limited hours of operation around performances to assist guests who have tickets at will call and other day-of-show needs. Ticket purchases can be made by phone at 216-241-6000 during business hours and online at playhousesquare.org anytime.
Can I bring a group?
Yes. Tickets for groups of 10 or more are available now by calling 216-640-8600.
Will there be a ticket lottery like there is in New York?
A lottery will be offered. Details will be announced closer to the engagement.
Is HAMILTON recommended for my child?
HAMILTON is recommended for ages 10+ since there is some strong language. Children under the age of 2 are not permitted in the theater. All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All children must be seated with an adult.
What is the run time?
Two hours and 45 minutes including intermission
When will my tickets be delivered?
Due to the high demand, any tickets purchased on Sep 8 will not be delivered until at least Oct 8.
